Vietnam’s First National AI Competition “A.I Thực chiến” to Air Soon on National Television
Vietnam launches its first national AI contest. The contest bears the name “A.I Thực chiến.” The Ministry of Public Security backs it. The contest joins efforts from the National Data Center, the National Data Association, Vietnam Television (VTV), and Techcombank, Vietnam’s top commercial bank. Vietnam sets its goal to build homegrown tech and shift its digital space.
A Major Platform for AI Talent and Innovation
This contest is not a simple academic test. It serves as a space where Vietnamese AI experts meet work challenges. Teams will build AI ideas that fix real issues in business and daily life. The government joins these efforts as it shapes a new digital plan for the country.
From almost 400 entries from nine countries, twelve teams stand chosen. The teams present AI projects that meet real needs in Vietnam’s work and home life.

The first show of “A.I Thực chiến” airs on VTV2 at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Replays run on VTV3 and VTV4. People can watch more than once.
